Over the past 5 years, he has facilitated executive management teams of small to medium sized organizations in the development of corporate strategy ulitizing Constraints Management and Lean Enterprise techniques in addition to conflict resolution methodologies.

In addition, he works with companies to identify and resolve internal measurement conflicts and cultural issues that prevent organizations from achieving significant performance improvement, along with identification of key performance measures used to monitor operational and financial performance in a timely manner.
